Very comfortable bed with a fully equipped kitchen. Friendly staff and very good bathroom facilities. Could have had cooked breakfast if we wanted.

The owners were lovely, nothing too much trouble, breakfasts excellent, parking and location excellent.

The room was okay, had everything you needed, inc fridge, cooking facilities etc. but quite small and tight to move around.

Lovely location - so convenient for the train, but so quiet, and a beautiful view of the river. The room was properly self-catering, which was a real bonus, and the breakfast was great.

Amazing breakfast, Mark and Arieta tailors the breakfast for your diet choices. Lovely room with beautiful decoration. There is a kitchenette as well in the room. They are so nice helpful and gave good tips about Littlehampton.

The breakfast was lovely with choices and proper coffee in a cafetière which I loved. The hosts were friendly and very hospitable . As an older person I really appreciated help with my luggage,

Nothing I had booked and stayed four nights. I would have loved an extra night to escape the London heat-wave temperatures but understood the circumstances of needing to book two in a new room.

Very accommodating owners , perfect location for a short or long stay everything is is in walking distance and the breakfast was cooked to perfection

Mark and Arieta were fantastic hosts and always very helpful and obliging. The breakfast was freshly made to your liking and was very good quality and tasty. The room had everything you could have wanted and very well equipped if you wanted to cook for yourselves.The room and bathroom were spotless. Very comfortable large bed, which is always a bonus when staying away for a few days. A fan was also provided, which was very welcomed as it was very warm at night. The location was great for visiting local areas, especially as there is a bus stop outside the property and a train station literally 2 minutes away. Nice walks close by with the town just a few minutes away, so there are plenty of places to eat. Altogether, it is a great place to visit with lovely hosts that will recommend places to go. What more could you want? Perfect stay, and I definitely recommend it. Thank you kindly, Mark and Arieta
