Host made an effort to meet me at the entrance at 2,30am to hand over the keys.

Broken shower screen, no toilet paper, no garbage bags, no shower soap, toileteries were re-filled in other bottles and hand labelled. No spare linen, had to use one towel for the whole 7 days!. Host asked us to get our own toilet paper. 4-5 extra small garbage bags provided on day 3. Was not enough for our rubbish so we had to get our own garbage bags from supermarket.

We love the location! Very lively neighborhood 👌 Close to all amenities and just a 20min walk to and from Spark arena.

Dirty face clothes in the bathroom, still dirt on the floor and loads of rubbish outside under the balcony. Definitely spoiled the view. No air-conditioning or any form of fan to cool down. It was extremely hot inside the property.

Cosy apartment. Great location and very convenient.

The location

It was listed as the Coby Suite but is actually in managed apartments with a different name that made it difficult to find. I did not receive a message from the host to check in and had to call them from the lobby. The room itself had a very strange smell of stale fat and must that made me gag every time it hit the back of my throat. The furnishings were outdated and shabby. The beds had random sheets etc., were not welcoming and only had two low profile pillows. The coffee was all clumped up at the bottom of the jar and was undrinkable. The fridge froze all of our drinks. The shower was dirty, as were the walls and skirtings and the bathroom mirror was so streaked it was almost unusable. All in all one of the worst places I’ve stayed in Auckland. Not recommended.

The location is good and easily accessible. The facility is tidy, and the communication with the host is excellent.

Man kommt.überall zu Fuß in 15 bis 20 Minuten hin, der Skytower ist nur ça. 10 Minuten weit weg. Die Sxhallisolierung fer Fenster ist echt gut, wenn sie geschlossen.sind.

Für den Preis konnten wir nicht wirklich mehr erwartet, aber 4 Löffel wären toll gewesen. Die Schlüsselúbergqbe klappt letztlich, qber es waren wohl besonders Umständen, die das schwierig machten.
