The hot tub was good that's about it

Well for a start not answering my calls for my deposit back we left it clean they haven't answered my calls so basically ripped us off £500 for a little garage conversion located in Moss side with kids running riot with fire works I didn't even leave my car in the area it's that bad hope they return my money I'm not all that bothered I'd avoid it at all costs I have submitted a complaint to booking.com.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. The listing claimed it sleeps 4, but in reality, it barely accommodates 3 people comfortably. The place was quite dirty upon arrival — floors, surfaces, and even the bathroom weren’t cleaned properly. Several things were broken, including the shower head and the toilet roll holder, which I think is a way they use to keep your deposit. The space itself is much smaller than advertised, and after a couple hours we ended up booking a hotel because it was simply too uncomfortable and unclean to stay longer. While the staff initially responded quickly to messages, I haven’t received any response at all since asking about the return of my deposit. Overall, not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

I loved how private it was and the location was in a great area as well. Host was amazing too. Hot tub was a bonus would deffo stay again

Couldn’t stay - had to leave even before the check in time due to health and safety issues on the property such as dirty bedding’s which will affect skincare negatively. I’ve asked for a full refund. Kindly let me know what the status of my refund is. Thanks.

We didn't even get chance to go due to the rudeness off the man, we literally lost 300 ppund
