It was very modern and stylish

The hot tub we didn’t know how to operate it

The Decoration, was modern, for a small place the furniture is organised properly

When I arrived they were still filling the hot tub, the temperature of the water was 23 , it took me all around 8 hours just to achieve the water temperature that I wanted, when I got to 33 degrees I felt a shock when I touched the water and turned it off , so it was a waste of money . I found some underwear near the hot tub the place was dirty,as you can see in the pictures, there was a huge saint under the sofa bed , I found hair in the shower . This is not an apartment, is someone's back garden adapted into a small room with a private bathroom, a double bed and a sofa bed you have to go outside to get to the hot tub that is not connected to the small room , and you can't completely close the door of the room where the hot tub is. I don't recommend

I think the location was exactly as advertised, we stayed for one night, accessing the property was easy. When we got there is was clean, tidy and lovely and warm. Everything was as advertised and whilst its small it served as a perfect staging post for our time in Manchester. Also whilst at the side of the owners property, its closed off so you have complete privacy. We didn't use the hot tub so can't comment on that, but overall we were very happy with our stay. The host was really responsive and we got in very easily. It was ideal for us as a family of 4 with two young children and they could share the sofa bed comfortably. We paid a security deposit which in fairness to the host was sent back to me within an hour of me sending over my details for it to be returned. We would stay again.

Only con was there wasn't any cutlery provided, but a super small issue for us. Sky lights could do with some blinds.

The hot tub was good that's about it

Well for a start not answering my calls for my deposit back we left it clean they haven't answered my calls so basically ripped us off £500 for a little garage conversion located in Moss side with kids running riot with fire works I didn't even leave my car in the area it's that bad hope they return my money I'm not all that bothered I'd avoid it at all costs I have submitted a complaint to booking.com.
