Hot tub hideaway

The whole reason we had booked this was for the hot tub, the hot tub was dirty not cleaned the water was still mucky there were straws in there. The toilet was left with water towels everywhere and used tampons which made the toilet stinkkkk the shower was dirty they hadn’t had the place cleaned before we came. Waste of my money as we did not use the hot tub facility due to how dirty it was

Paid a 250 deposit on arrival which wasn’t advertised when booking only after and was told would receive back after departure but still haven’t 3 days later

False advertisement 2 double beds 1 is a sofa bed Hot tub was freezing cold as the thermostat was broken I think they were aware of this messaged on the night we stayed asking to sort it no reply had a 250 deposit held for 2 days after departure and got a nasty electric shock off the shower I phoned up to express my concern and was told I would get a full refund but then they changed there mind and said I was lying . It's a power shower just below the power button where the shower head cable comes out was live both had a nasty kick off it could of been a child in there . Not a great area to stay in wouldnt recommend and wouldn't return . Only went for the hot tub and couldn't use it at all freezing cold and the hosts not even bothered about it poor customer care

Everything was really good. Enjoyed the stay

The jacuzzi was smelling. It seemed like it wasn’t cleaned properly. I was told I would receive my deposit within 5 working days but received it almost a month later. Constantly called and messaged but the owner was ignoring me. In the end I had to email customer service and the owner was told he has to pay within 30 days of checkout otherwise there would be further consequences. Even though I got the £250 back I thought it was very unprofessional of him.

It was a really beautiful property honestly worth every penny owner was really nice took very good care of us hoping to book again 😍

Nothinh place was stinking and host was nothing but rude

This was absoulutly shocking! Place was stinking! Smelt like stale smoke not very good for a normal guest never mind a pregant one! There was damp all over the ceiling and the hot tub had a ciggarette butt and a chewed up chip in the bottom! We could not have possibly stayed wen we got there :( do not book this and the host was so rude! He would send a cleaner at 6 oclock at night? Should that not have been done before we arrived?
