Beautiful character filled apartment in a great position but still in a quiet area of Catania.

The shower leaked a bit and the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Met on arrival. Stunning apartment - hosts tell us that they are upgrading the mattress (which was our main issue - it was ok but an upgrade with make it a solid choice). We loved the neighborhood - lots of local restaurants and out of the scrum of the main district. Hosts were communicative if we needed something and left us coffee and even some toasty snacks.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is absolutely stunning — grand, full of character and with a real sense of history. It made the stay feel very special and added to the whole experience of being in Catania. The location is excellent, very central and within easy walking distance of the market and main sights, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The space itself was comfortable, well laid out and had everything we needed. It was also a lovely, calm place to return to after busy days out. The hosts were particularly good — very friendly, welcoming and easy to connect with via WhatsApp, which made everything simple and smooth from arrival through to departure. Overall, a very positive experience and somewhere we would happily recommend.
