"The room I got was a health hazard."

It was smelling bad the next morning I was sick, because of smell. I ended up going to the doctor, because it was very bad. and there was no amenities, toilet paper was about to finish.

The consistency here is something else. I book the day before and I get told that night all my details will be sent the following day so I assume 1 day is enough to get a room set. I get there and the room was actually unlocked and their were no towels. THAT WAS A FIRST. Mind you I have booked here 11 times + over the last 2 years.

The security had to help me with my room codes because the receptionist self check in people sent me the code codes for my room. So it looked like I did not even have a booking.
