I like that the bed was very comfortable and bedding was cleaned properly

The room and bathroom was extremely cold as the windows were broken and we were told it cannot close .no air conditioning in that kind of cold .All the facilities was not available as advertised was so disappointing .the door to the balcony was broken and we could use the balcony .We wanted to shower after our arrival but no towels was provided we had remind them the entire for towels and this has delayed our plans we had later that evening towels arrived at past 9 the night only staff did not bring it we did not feel welcome staff was irrational whenever we asked for help and was not helpful as we could not use the wardrobe because they could not get the door open .The place was not cleaned properly there was cockrochers running on the floor chairs had ugly stains which were referred to clean ourselves at our arrivwe had to run around to find our key as it was not in the box were told to look into ,place creeps me out will not recommend as we were restless because we could not be comfortable due to the lack of assistance in that place

Security was nice

The gate worked before when I called then its stopped working. These reception guys had no idea how to fix it I had to shout for the security and stand the chance of being mugged.

It’s quite central to a lot of places and things. There’s a garage with Pick ‘n Pay express near by and another garage opposite the place.

The staff members are really rude. The property has broken windows and is not clean. The bed sheets had stains, the fleece blanket was dirty and for a winter season, the place had no extra blankets or heater. The shower water pressure was bad, you don’t feel like you are bathing. There was no wardrobe, a few dirty glasses and small tea.

Free coffee

I didn’t like the process of checking in. If they are not going to respond on the chat box on bookings.com why send a message from there at all? The surrounding area also doesn’t look good and safe late which is not their fault.
