Service was poor we had to wait in the rain and couldn't get access inside even after calling the member to get the gate open it didn't work we remained outside in the rain, the bathroom had mouldy walls, when you open water in the shower the whole bathroom get wet. We booked for 2 and when you got there the was only one cup to drink coffee. The flees was not smelling clean.

This was an awful experience, arrived at the accommodation to a broken window in the heart of winter. The staff refused to offer an extra blanket or move us to another room. Very nonchalant staff

Still odd to have someone check me in when I already do it online
