Friendly, Helpful staff Good breakfast

A/C in room needed a service Good pool

The staffs were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially liked the pool, it was clean and perfect for family relaxation. The breakfast was good! Over all, it was a great family stay.

The wifi signal was weak and it was hard to connect. We were trying to stream the BU Graduation while waiting to get there for our family who's graduating that day , but it was very challenging to get a decent wifi.

High slopes area, and no sleeper available, so you must prepare this scenario

The place is locate in the forest no city noise

The hotel should provide more furniture in the room, we only had one table and one chair

Our room. Our beds. Linen is so clean. Towels and our room have a fresh fragrance. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Dolia, Brian and everyone here. We feel like family.

Staff are friendly and very accomodating, very nice place to relax and chill.
