Everything 😍.... family run atmosphere . Warm and inviting . Brian..the owner and is family makes you feel like family . They are very accommodating to all your needs . Very friendly . They go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and cared for in any situation . The facility is very clean .. wonderful pool . Wonderful breakfast every morning . Very quiet . Beautiful area . Very close to Mayan Volcano 🌋...I highly recommend this property . One of the best . I travel the Philippines . This has been our best resort experience . We will never forget our time spent there . Very special . We will be back .

Not one thing... it's a special place .

The hosts here were very welcoming and accommodating. They have a shuttle van which we were able to utilize, where they drove us to places in town for an additional fee. Which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast was incredible. So much food and all so delicious. They even brought it to our room one morning upon request. I could tell our hosts were going above and beyond to to ensure we had a good stay. They were very gracious hosts.

As mentioned by other former guests, there is currently construction. However, while it was loud at times. It was hardly noticeable for the noise of the Philippines. They didn’t start until 6am and were usually done by 5pm. In addition we were not there during the day anyway because we were out doing activities in town. So we were away from any noise. The pool did have an odor in the water when the fountain was turned on. Not terrible, but noticeable.

Clean facilities, staff were very helpful and respectful, great views, pool water was warm and we were able to swim even if it was late. Very clean and spacious rooms, wifi was good. Please provide x2 towels per person as towels are used when getting out of the pool and gets so wet already. When showering in the adjoining toilet, another dry set of towels are needed and not the wet one that we used from the pool.

The bed my son who is 5'11", was using went down as with bed planks on plastic casings only, which did not hold his weight. I was asleep and woke up and thought there were gunshots. Coz that was the sound that emanated from said incident. My son slept on the floor with the mattress. We forgot to inform the facility manager as we were very satisfied with all the other amenities. I already forgot about it until now. They should provide metal bed slats or very sturdy wooden beds if they are focused on getting different sizes (literally speaking) of clients. Very little amount of catsup for 4 people was served, as they did not have any left as per the staff who served us breakfast. Nil signage or directions at area as it was situated at top of the mountains. They should put directions or signage at areas starting from the main road due to its location on top of the mountains. We stopped a few times and asked a number people so we could find their place.

Wifi in original room Not working.Shifted me to another Room.Wifi average also.Power regular Drop outs.No room with pool view.Rooms garden veiw was a tankstand and Tank.No Views.Section I Stayed in was below 2nd stor construction.There were other rooms avaiable as we were only Guest staying there for the whole period.If wanting Something at bar had to go find some one.Same with Resteraunt.About the only Thing that was adversised and avaible as listed was the Pool.I will try to add some Photos if i can.

The hotel was a construction site (building a new floor on top of the existing rooms) and should not have been open for business. The owner clearly does not care for their guests.
