Maison De Gloria

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Good air conditioning when there was electricity. Bathroom was new and very clean. Maricel was very nice and did her best for us.

Construction work ongoing on second storey. No restaurant or bar facilities open - breakfast was offered on demand with restricted choice. Arrived at 7.30 pm and there was no food available so we ate chocolate and snacks from our own supply. No water offered. Frequent power cuts left you in the room in darkness - no flashlight or candles provided. Check if construction taking place before booking to avoid disappointment. We had our own car - otherwise you will be stuck in the remote location.

Swimming pool is very nice

Aircon was not cold enough or not working properly Host its been drinking and you can feel it in his breath. There is a construction going on, construction workers sleeping just outside the lobby Internet was very slow Location not convenient if not using car

Staff was lovely, room was nice and clean. Water in the pool was warm. I enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful property, staff friendly especially the morning cooking staff. Swimming pool is great and children friendly. Very nice facilities for the renters for friendly times after supper. Air conditioning is a great unit for the size of the room for.

There was no way to plug in our iPhones. Plug-ins were 3 prongs. A large screen TV with no way to plug it in. It would be helpful to have a small apartment refrigerator to keep our stuff cold.

Location

Water heater was not working and hand soap was not available in one of the rooms we booked. We are looking to refresh after a long day but was disappointed hearing that water heater was not working. Description in booking.com was misleading. Couple room’s description has 2 queen bed but it was not.
