The hotel is close to BJX airport and it offers a shuttle. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Free breakfast is offered (provided you don’t have to be at the airport before 6 am).

The hotel is not close to anything besides the airport. There is no restaurant so visitors without a car must use a food delivery service. The rooms are OK, but are very, very generic. Staff is not bilingual, so English speaking guests could face a few problems.

Cancelaron mi reservación sin avisarme cuando llegue ya no había habitaciones disponibles. Me dijeron que el sistema habia cancelado mi reserva por la alta demanda y como yo puse de opción pagar en el hotel no respetaron mi reserva.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel I booked a night at City Express Suites but was deceptively moved to a much cheaper, substandard room in the City Express hotel without explanation. The room was in unacceptable condition: the toilet didn’t flush, it reeked of cigarettes, and the door had no number. To make matters worse, another guest who arrived after me was given a suite while I was denied the room I paid for. When I requested a refund, the staff refused and made it impossible for me to resolve the issue. This was an appalling and unprofessional experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

El personal no es amable ni empático si no estás registrado y no te da la cara envía al personal de seguridad para resolver algún inconveniente Ni un vaso con agua hasta que no estés registrado no volveré a reservar en la cadena que representan
