El aire acondicionado no sirvió y lo reportamos varias veces sin que acudiera personal del Hotel. Tampoco nos dieron control remoto para la TV y lo solicitamos varias veces sin respuesta alguna...el café para la cafetera estaba abierto, siendo que son insumos que deberían estar cerrados. Mala experiencia, sobre todo por la habitación la cual no pudimos quedarnos un poco más por el calor insoportable
