Rock Lodge sits in a marvelous location, at the heart of the Isalo National Park. After several days on the road, in relatively simple accommodation, it was great to land here. The room very large and comfortable, with hot water, great beds and an unbeatable view over the rocks. The food was consistently good with a good choice. Unfortunately, it was a bit cool to use the pool but it looked nice nevertheless.

Given the distance to other options for restoration, breakfast could have been included in the rate. Also, the rooms had kettles but only tea bags. Nescafé would have been appreciated.
