"Disponibilità e servizio efficiente"

Il servizio colazione variegato e sono stati disponibili ad anticipare l apertura per noi. Inoltre sono stati rapidi nel servizio assistenza tecnica, risolvendo un guasto nella mia stanza in 5 minuti. Posizione centrale a 300 m dalla piazza principale, Risto e bar principali. Anche via whatsapp ci siamo scritti il giorno prima per definire orario di arrivo e dettagli. Hanno poi mantenuto i bagagli grandi in custodia per un giorno (mentre eravamo sul Titicaca)

Freddo nelle stanze. Andrebbero cambiati gli infissi. Forniscono anche una stufetta che aiuta, ma non è sufficiente. Sotto le coperte si sta caldi e nell armadio ci sono anche altre coperte aggiuntive

"Superb"

Comfy beds, great shower and excellent location that was quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. Handy laundry service too.

Communication difficult as no english spoken and we got charged more than what Booking.com showed on my app.

"Cute inn great breakfast affordable"

Cute inn, close to the main square. Warm shower. Special breakfast - nice fruit and many options. Also, they opened early for me as I had to leave at 6am. Great little inn

Gate at the door for security, so extra step to get in or out early or late. Staff was quick though.

"Comfortable hotel in the centre of Puno!"

The room is spacious and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is also better than in the most of the budget places where I stayed. The location is very convenient!

The room is freezing all the time, I think there should be some kind of heating offered. The shower stream is very thin.
