Overall the hotel is ok

They didn't want to accept the credit card, nor on the evening of arrival, neither on the morning of departure. Not even a 200 sol bil. This for a 3* hotel with a lot of money? I tried to explain that it is way worse at small shops or the market but she didn't care at all... Got answered very indifferent and rude by the lady at the reception. Worst service in 3 months of traveling within South America!

Great location in the center, helpful staff and ok breakfast. Really good for its price!

The rooms were quite cold during the nights as there was no heating but they provided a lot of bed covers / blankets

The location was convenient being close the centre and the wifi was good.

The room was freezing, especially in the bathroom, as it has an open vent you can't close. The breakfast was disappointing in comparison to the pictures online, the coffee was luke warm and limited fresh fruit.
