Camino Real Puno

Very good option in the center of Puno They were nice enought to keep my luggage one night during a tour I did on the lake. Breakfast is good Beds are really comfy Staff is really really nice There is hot water, tea and coffee available

there are ventilation slats into next rooms bathroom and the guests were playing music super loud at 5am. the staff have the tv on or music in reception so if you’re on the 1st floor you can hear everything. it would be good if the hotel tried to enforce rules on noise for staff and guests between 11-8am. the window looked into a brick wall and was shaking in the wind because it wasn’t fixed properly.

excellent value for the money and very good location

It’s a bit old and outdated however you cannot beat the price.

I liked the good supply of fruits, cereal and the clean environment. Staff was very attentive to my needs. It’s safe in front of a church, a short walk to the main plazas, touring agencies, many restaurants, pharmacies, mercado for food shopping where locals shop. Lake Titicaca is close too. Transportation, such as taxis, motocars, was readily available at the door too. They allowed me to leave my luggage before and after check out. There’s a lot of security because it’s very centric and leveled not a steeped climb. My husband and I had a positive experience.
