Casa Niza Suites

The studio apartment was modern, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was spacious. The code entry door locks were useful.

This unit (unit one) shares a wall with a night club that operates with loud music until 2 AM AND both the night club and the adjacent restaurant have workers/cleaners/afterparties going on from 4 AM to morning causing significant noise. We tried to sleep with earplugs and pillows over our heads - but were not successful. I messaged the property management hoping that perhaps another unit may be quieter but their only response was that this is a noisy area. We had other options in the same price range and should have stayed elsewhere.

I loved this spot! Super convenient location to public transportation, many restaurants (open 24/7), cafes, and much more. The inside is a great size for two people. If you needed anything, you could easily message the hosts and the cleaners were around to help.

Since there is a 24/7 restaurant just right below the place, it can be very loud. Especially on the weekends

Location minus the noise next door, good price point, clean and new facilities. Easy entry and easy to find!

1. A better stocked kitchen - there was no frying pan or dish cloths 2. The bathtub was super slippery - suggest adding a grippy mat as my parents are seniors and a slip would be very dangerous for them

Great location and friendly staff. Restaurant downstairs open 24 hours. Bar above closes around midnight, but it’s pretty quiet in the bedroom to sleep.

I would like a fan for the living room.

we loved the walking distance location. Also really close to the metro area so the museums and food were easy to navigate to. the apartment was really cute, clean, and was so nice to be able to make our own coffee, or order food delivery. catching ubers was also easy from this location.

the door code pad is a bit finicky as in it takes a couple tries to get the numbers to show up. We could't figure out what the trick is. We were always able to get in and door was secure and locked. The mechanism of entering the code would always take a few tries is all. some people complained of noise but honestly it didn't bother us especially since we knew we are staying in a busy metropolitan area and I was able to sleep really well without ear plugs.

Everything is perect, location and the apartment very cool as in the pictures. Safe area.

We didn’t get instructions about the door codes on time. A big minus is the noise with the next wall, the music from the bar ongoing everyday and the taco smell coming in through the door.
