Excellent location, easy to get to Underground and Metro Bus, plenty of good restaurants and small shops nearby.

There is a very popular restaurant downstairs that opens 24-hours, it has always been very noisy and can continue to midnight. So we had to keep the windows closed all the time.

Great location, clean, perfect size for 2, air con.

Place was clean and modern, nice washroom too. Location was close to lots of restaurants. The room service person was also friendly.

The biggest one - there's a loud club + restaurant right nextdoor, and the music is loud and vibrating until 3AM almost every night, and you hear noises from early morning at like 6AM. For this reason alone, would not stay here again. The internet was terrible at first, but after messaging someone came to fix it and it was fine after. Very little natural light in the room, only one window which is to the inside terrace, which isn't well lit, and we didn't want to keep open since people there would be able to see inside. The inside terrace also wasn't a 'terrace' and was not a good vibe (barely any light, also steamy since by the laundry room). Lastly, would have been good to have some luggage stands to hold our luggage.

nice clean remodeled interior but with a bunch of missing and broken things

this place is cheap for a reason. the place is next to a busy street and the building is split into 4 units. this place shares a wall with a lounge club on the second floor and a very popular taco pub on the first floor. my unit was not next to either but I could hear the bass vibrations of the club and the loud talking of the taco restaurant guests and it was unbearable. the interior is nice and recently remodeled but there are glaring misses which was frustrating. PAPER thin walls and floors you can hear all the 'action' of the couple above and all the street noise. the club's music thumps our entire unit and every morning at 9am there is a beeping sound that doesnt end for 2 hours. loud deafening vibrating construction next door at 9am. a dead crushed mosquito with blood splattered on the sheets, a broken bedside outlet, air conditioning in the separate bedroom only and not in the living room, bathroom window that was broken and brought all sorts of mosquitoes... the deal breaker was broken wifi during our entire 5 day stay like another guest review mentioned. the host was unresponsive and would take 12 hours hours respond with strange answers that dont provide actions or answers. I asked for a partial refund to compensate for the many extra costs we incurred to find wifi and for the lost money from the work we could not do. avoid.

The location is excellent and the apartment is beautifully renovated.

The internet did not work for the entire stay and the owner took 12h to answer to us when we first raised the concern. Also, we were assigned apartment 01 which can be somewhat noisy in the evening.

Great accommodation, lovely spacious suite. It had everything we needed and we particularly loved our huge, comfortable bed. It's not quite in the heart of the lovely Roma Norte area but it's 5/10 minute walk so no complaints at all. We saw reviews about the bar next door which you can hear, but in the bedroom we couldn't hear it and it didn't affect us at all. We would recommend.

Only comment would be lack of natural light. We faced the road with small windows at the front and the back faced the enclosed terrace. Not a huge issue though

Location was in walking distance to food, public transit, nice neighborhoods to walk around, local breakfast place. Owner was very accommodating and the staff was great. Spotless. One room can be noisy; that didn't bother us particularly. I would definitely stay there again!
