We booked for 3 people (1 bed, 1 sofa) and the sofa wasn’t prepared with sheets and way to small for midsize Europeans.

Great location in lively neighbourhood, next to popular taco place. Yes, there’s some street noise - it’s Mexico City so to be expected! But you can go and eat tacos 24/7 - total win! With the windows closed and the AC on, you barely notice the outside noise. Spacious accommodation, everything provided as in the pictures. Lovely cleaning lady was around often if you needed something extra. Handy to have door codes - less stress about losing or forgetting keys. Oh and there’s a bakery under the apartment so it smells like bread heaven every morning and, they make great takeaway coffee too! Most of all, extra thanks to the host and the cleaning lady as we forgot our kid’s favourite teddy and they couriered it to our next accommodation asap. We couldn’t be more grateful. Mil gracias!

Lovely clean, beautiful apartment in great location

There was some noise from the bar next door, it stopped around 12 / 11pm. Not an issue if you were in the bedroom but if you were on the sofa bed it was very audible. Sofa bed also not quite long enough for someone who's 6ft

Beautifully furnished apartment in pristine condition. Central location, close to restaurants and tourist attractions.

The building is wall to wall with nightclubs so loud music could be heard through the walls.

Super nice place. It was comfortable, modern; everything I wanted in my accommodations was there and in excellent condition. I also personally love that it’s keyless entry and unstaffed. Excellent location as well.

My only complaint is they didn’t send me the access codes ahead of time… and that actually ended up being a really negative experience for check in. I couldn’t get in touch with them for 40 minutes (tried calling and messaging many times before I got a call back). I actually had started to walk to another hotel with the intention of booking for one night at another hotel, but fortunately they finally did call back. They had messaged me at 10am asking what time I was arriving and advising they needed to send the access code. I unfortunately didn’t see their message until I landed at 9pm. However, I had already paid and confirmed so I’m not sure why they needed to know what time I was arriving before sending the access codes. Regardless, the place was fantastic and I would book again. I would just make sure they provide the access codes ahead of time next time.

“Keyless” property. Never saw another person until 10min before the 11:30am checkout time when a housekeeper knocked on the door.

Great location and very cozy room

I was surprised that the room was bigger than in the photos. The interior is beautiful, and the room is clean.

There is a taco restaurant in the building next door, so it is noisy until late at night. Seeing people lining up to eat late at night, it seems to be a popular place.

The property was nice and clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The room was under a night club and has paper thin walls. We did not sleep a wink even with ear plugs or noise cancellation earphones.
