Decent location in the city, easy to explore around, still one of the worst accommodation experiences ever.

An absolute disaster and exactly everything that is wrong with the modern tourism approach to renting flats. Lack of hospitality and attention to detail. Everything automated via "managing companies" at incredibly high prices vs customer experience. Hate it and do not recommend it. So.. the apartment is managed by a company that is contacting you via whatsapp, bombarding you with admin requests and connecting you with someone else who is responsible for the keys. A lot of talking and texting for no particular reason. The cleaning ladies knocked on our door 5 minutes before our 10am "deadline" requesting us to leave. The flat is the most boring and indifferent place one could stay in such a beautiful city. Incredibly bad smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay, literally no amenities provided (no coffee, no tea, no salt, no nothing), old bed with terrible pillows. Even when we requested the "managers" for a second pillow and some coffee, they took no responsibility and simply refused to provide it. No natural light in the flat, loud main street right below, feeling like strangers in a very uncomfortable accommodation. One of the worst accommodation experiences ever, and particularly angry with the positioning of the managing company. Really a shame.

Only a bit uncomfortable the bad in the living room but we changed the pillow from the other side and was Ok.

I think there is a LOT of contact from the company and it can actually be quite overbearing. Also there was a really bad smell in the apartment and we couldn’t figure out what it was, it smelt like bad pipes
