San Felice Apartments by Wonderful Italy

A good location to wonder around. There were laundry machines, dishwasher, a kitchen with dinning dishes and cookware - very useful if you’re staying for 3-4 days. Our issue was with the air conditioner - it was 33°C and AC keeps on and off, and when it’s on, it just provide some air not cool air. We asked the staff but they couldn’t help it either. It’s just an old AC which needs to be cleaned.

Rose was very helpful, met us earlier than planned, let us access flat earlier.

The location is fantastic not far from the centre of town! Very clean and tidy on arrival too.

The check-in process doesn’t work as we were waiting for people on arrival. This should be self check-in. The second sofa bed isn’t comfort either.

It is a great location near downtown. There is a bus stop right Infront of the the entrance of the building where you can take a bus to the central station. Also there are a couple of stores and good restaurants nearby. The apartment is also well equipped with all things you need for a week.

Well the thing we didn't like is that we have been informed only after paying the accomodation 5 days before arrival that once we arrive will have to pay extra local tourist tax. NOTHING mentioned about it before booking this place. We understand it is not a requirement of the landlord, but is not correct to not mention this in advance. Or simply include it in the price and do not bother your clients after booking. The communication with the landlord wasn't much helpful if you need something, but if they need something they can be very persistent.

The apartment was very good, large enough for our group, it had everything necessary. The location was good, close enough to the center with everything one may need close by.

The only problem was the noise from the street, since both rooms overlooked the street it was kind of noisy even with the windows closed.

Great location on a lively street with lots of restaurants and shops at your doorstep. The apartment is quiet and comfortable, and the outdoor space is lovely for a morning coffee. Ideal location from which to explore beautiful Bologna!

A larger tv would be nice.
