San Felice Apartments by Wonderful Italy

The apartment was lovely & spacy and had everything you might need for a comfortable stay, it is also close to Bologna city centre and all shops, attractions, etc. There is a bus stop right in front of the building which was very convenient too, apart from the constant noise of the buses stopping and leaving, but that's not a problem when you're out & about all day :) Me and my friend enjoyed our stay there very much and would book it again if we ever visit Bologna again. Thank you for everything!

Bologna staff wonderful! Myriam terrific but make sure you get the apt you booked! Wonderful area.. clean.. cool.. accommodating!

Tiny coffee mokka! The booking was screed up.. needed a sofa bed for a guest.. booked it and wasn’t there. But once I prove that booked the other apt they did change me and were quite apologetic about the error. I think there is confusion because of the Milan office.. but Myriam is available and able to communicate clearly! Just be sure you get what you booked!

The location of the apartment on San Felice was excellent. It gave us good access to many different bus routes located just outside the front door. The elevator was practical. The apartment size was good. The kitchen was very useful, as was the washing machine. There was a small convenience store next to the building's main entrance which was helpful for bottled water, etc. Our on-site contact person (Federico) was very helpful in providing recommendations of restaurants in the area.

The double-size bed was not comfortable perhaps because we were used to larger Queen size beds. The pillows were not comfortable. They were soft and thin. We had to fold the pillow to get comfortable head support.

Written directions on operating appliances as well as a list for good places to eat and ways to get around locally

Communication between Wonderful Italy (via Booking.com) and the local operators could have been much improved. I answered questions on Booking.com such as time of arrival, plus sent a couple of questions. None were responded to. Then I received a whatsapp message from the local operators asking the same thing. I tried calling without success (it turned out the number was only whatsapp)_.

No breakfast

Parking is very hard to find. It could take up to an hour to find parking. There are a couple of parking garages BUT your car is unable to get to between the hours of 20:00 to 08:00 which is not good if you need your car for work or attend a convention.

Everything was perfect and modern, well stylised, very clean and the host was very very friendly and explained well everything we needed to know about the appartment.
