The location of the flat.

The day we checked in around 4 pm then went out to discover the city. We came back around midnight and we saw a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen. The staff of Wonderful Italy is not available at this time, booking com did not find us a suitable solution so at 1 am in the night we had to go to a hotel nearby and spend the night there. That night was terrible, thinking of the whole procedure we have to do in order to clean our staff once we are back. We heard stories of bringing these bugs home from a trip... Wonderful Italy did not offer us a replacing flat. We had to look at a new one quickly. We are still waiting for a refund from the booking and the night we had to spend on a hotel because they offered us completely unacceptable conditions in the flat. Would avoid every flat that is managed by Wonderful Italy as the customer service is below poor and in case of problems you are left on your own. Terrible start of the vacation, we hope we did not bring wonderful Italy cockroaches home.
