We booked this place to have access to a sauna and jacuzzi and they were the only redeeming quality.

As others have mentioned, the service is bad and the guesthouse does not feel welcoming. Weird housekeeping watches your every move. The facilities could be better: broken shower door, missing any toiletries in the room, TV with broken AirPlay (impossible to connect an iPhone). The room was also falsely advertised on Booking.com to be 30 sqm, but it was more like 12 sqm with very little light due to the only window facing the driveway. When we contacted the administrator over WhatsApp, they responded with unhelpful generic justifications clearly written by ChatGPT and did not respond to phone calls. The sauna wasn’t working at first and the housekeeper wasn’t helpful, just brushed us off. It wasn’t until after we contacted the administrator again that the sauna was turned on. The jacuzzi had an unpleasant amount of foam in it that was blowing everywhere in the strong wind. Better confirm the availability of facilities before booking, as others have mentioned they were unavailable during their stay

The house is located in the hillside, it has a phenomenal view. The owner gave instructions on everything, we enjoyed using the biliard table downstairs.

It was a little cold and we could not heat the room. There was no shampoo and shower gel, but I am not sure that it is included. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable.
