all the things already mentioned before came out to be true: to "book" the Sauna or the jacuzzi it was quite complicated, ypu had to do it through a different Homepage (they only gave us the homepage for the jacuzzi) and we were just allowed to use it until 7pm. They did not give us extra towel or bathrobe, because we only stayed 2 nichts, the mini "fridge" in the room did not cool at all. The room itself is quite small, definitivly looks better on the Fotos, so if you want to cook I can't recommend this place (there is also no Salt and no oil). Parking is really difficult, we had already been in Madeira for a week and thought okay parking here is a bit crazy, but nothing compared to there, it was really difficult as it is a busy street and the indicated spots are very small. Finally let's talk about the housekeeper, like written in other references already you really do feel watched by him, I was happy I was not a girl traveling alone, he does not speek english and why he needs to be there while you use the Sauna and jacuzzi does not make any sense. Al final with a lot of arguing we managed to go to the sauna and jacuzzi but its not easy you need to argue, do some reservations etc. So in total we really can't recommend staying there

Einfach ein Traum! Hatte Bedenken weil ich dachte es sind alles KI Bilder, aber genau so sieht es aus. Es ist wunderschön, total sauber und die Leute super nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Glück konnte ich spontan auch noch eine Nacht verlängern. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Ich bin wirklich suuuuper zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder hier her kommen!

The property was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and lush greenery all around. We loved having access to the spa, and the pool was clean and very refreshing. The rooms were quiet, spotless, and comfortable, with modern furnishings that made everything feel organized and welcoming. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing place to stay.

Our stay at the guest house was pleasant overall, and the property itself was clean and comfortable. The maintenance man was very kind and helpful, and we appreciated how attentive he was. However, we did feel a bit heavily monitored during our stay — he was often nearby and seemed to be keeping an eye on us, which made things feel a little awkward at times, even though we know he meant well. We also noticed that there were no toiletries provided (such as shampoo or soap), which would have been a nice addition. In addition, the jacuzzi and sauna closed earlier than listed — 8:15 p.m. instead of 9 p.m. — because the maintenance man had to operate them for guests. It would be great if these amenities could be available for guests to use independently, with staff checking and closing them afterward. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but think a few small changes could make the experience much more relaxing and comfortable for future guests.

Very relaxed comfortable guesthouse. Got to use the hot tub one of the evenings which was fabulous

Didn't get to use the pool or the sauna - closed due to the weather which was out of the owner's control.

A nice, clean, and well equipped studio with a nice view. A nice balcony with a good view and seats. This accommodation is perfect for a couple of nights stay if you plan to go for the São Lourenço hike. The pool and jacuzzi looked really nice but we couldn‘t try because of the cold wind. There are restaurants close by, we ate at the O Recante restaurant which had good food and cosy vibe. We did a self check in which was easy with all the details given in advance.

Parking was a bit tough, and you hear the harbor all the time from the balcony.

Limited parking space. It could be tricky if you are the last to be home
