Modern Guest house with private entrance

Immaculately clean, very comfortable , easy access and parking. Great communication . Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Manchester now.

Very clean and the owner has tried to preempt any guests needs, with the addition of the fridge, toaster & kettle. In a residential area not far from where I needed to be.

The ceiling height is very low as it’s a converted garage. At 5’9” I found it oppressive. This is not a traditional guest house, but a room (converted from a garage) in someone’s back garden. However for the price it was pleasant enough. More air b&b than I expected. Parking was free on street, not off street that was implied.

The bed was comfortable it had tea making stuff it had a good size to with Netflix on

There was not a enough  towels the book said there was more in the cupboard there was not if I was taller than 6 foot your head would touch the roof there was street park not drive way parking there was hair in the bed and the towels was not very clean as well

Tv and fire were very modern.

Very claustrophobic due to the very low ceiling only 6ft 2in. It is in fact a converters garage in the back garden. The owners have tied hard the make it into a suitable guest room. The towels were unsuitable very hard and stained, had to use our own. Bed not comfortable thin mattress and could feel the hard base underneath. Fridge in room but when we called 15 mins before arrival the owner should have turned the fridge on. Would have been nice to have had bottled water in the room. My final comment is the advertised secure parking , is actually out in the street, not what expected.

Fantastic place to stay. The room is spacious, designed really well and very clean. Check-in was easy and there is plenty of parking on the street.
