Amazing - you can tell they really care about the property and the service they’re providing. They keep it clean, comfy and tidy - a lot of thought has been behind making a small space feel like home and it’s perfect for a few nights stay as it’s 10-15 minutes to Manchester City centre which was £7 in taxi or there is easy public transport routes. It was my partners 30th surprise so I mentioned this too them and if they could leave a note but the hosts went above and behind and in fact put up banners, lay out balloon and got him a card. Was an extremely kind and personal touch to walk into. Although I did not meet the host they gave thorough instructions on how to get in to the property and where to pop our shoes to keep the property extra clean for future visitors. Fantastic little spot and I am very glad I found it - thank you for such a lovely stay (:

Nothing - it was all great!

We love our host, Sarah was so kind and she always answer to our needs. The room was super comfortable and clean . It's near to a bus station. Just make sure to read the instructions of the room hahaha

The ceiling was a little bit short but enough for us.

Had such a great stay, we booked for 4 nights. There was enough coffee and towels available for those days. I was so grateful to Sarah, she was extremely helpful. We battled with locking the door and she responded to me straight away. She also checked up on us and recommend places to see in Manchester. Bedroom is big and the bathroom neat and tidy. There is a small fridge as well. We mainly booked their due to it being close to Old Trafford Stadium, it was easy to take an uber from there. Beautiful surrounding parks close by and shopping centers.

I would of liked if it had a hairdryer and an iron but overall essentials are there.

Good amenities inside the room (complimentary croissants and jam were a nice touch). Great location if you're travelling for work (I was walking a very short distance to the Hough End Centre daily). Bed was very comfortable and TV easy to connect to using mobile if you prefer rather than terrestrial TV.

As others have said the ceiling is low but fine for anyone around 6ft. Any taller and you may struggle to feel comfortable whilst standing. Could maybe have used a hairdryer (that's very minor as everything else was spot on for the price)

Good size, good bathroom, fully equipped table/chairs/tv, decent location, parking, pivacy peace and quiet all good. Good safebox check-in.

The bed was a bit of a let down. The blanket was slightly too short for an me and I'm only 5'10", which on a very cold night made for some distress. The electric radiator worked but I could not work out how to keep it on throughout the first night which was well below zero celsius. Could do with an extra blanket really but luckily the next day was less cold. The pillows were pretty terrible and lumpy, and the mattress little better. Chairs were pretty uncomfortable if you need to sit and work more than a couple of hours.
