Modern Guest house with private entrance

Sarah and her family were wonderfully kind and helpful in every possible way to make my time in Manchester as easy as possible.

Was spacious, warm and the bed was extremely comfy.

There was nothing I did not like

Only there 8pm to 6am but ideal for short stay. Modern, spotless, well equipped, own entrance, very quiet. Ceiling is low ( I’m 6 foot 4 ) but Sarah had emailed ahead of time to check, and it was absolutely fine.

All good - no complaints

Flexible check in. Nice self contained garage conversion. Great for a simple place to sleep for the night.

Heating was off, and the floor was a little chilly, so generally felt a bit cold. Heater worked quick so soon warmed up. Pillows were a bit lumpy.

Clean, spacious, free parking & free wi-fi.

Bathroom was cold. Flooring in main room was cold.

Location in walking distance of the city centre, (for us) and great facilities. The tram on our return was only a 15-minute walk away from our room. Comfy bed, quiet location, and very clean throughout. Great communication from our host and the ceiling height wouldn't put us off returning at a future date.

The owner was very communicative and really helpful when we asked for any information, particularly about where to eat locally. The room was clean, comfortable and private
