Hmong Eco Villas

Die Unterkunft und der Ausblick war ein Traum! Wir wollten einfach mal abschalten und die Natur genießen und dafür ist diese Unterkunft absolut perfekt gewesen! Die Gastgeberin war super lieb und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns auch die Taxifahrten organisiert (nehmt ihr Angebot unbedingt an! Grab konnten wir nicht buchen und normale Taxis sind teurer). Das Essen war vielseitig und lecker! Die angebotenen Trekking-Touren können wir auch absolut empfehlen. Alles in allem war das der perfekte Aufenthalt für uns - auch wenn die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen ist.

Vivir la experiencia con una familia Hmong lejos del turisteo de Sa Pa. Con unas vistas maravillosas. Hemos venido en agosto y nos ha tocado los campos de arroz verdes..unas fotos espectaculares. Instalaciones limpias. La cama muy cómoda. Recomendamos apoyar el turismo rural y contratar los trekking, es una forma de ayudar a estas comunidades.

I loved everything about the stay here! So (who ran the place) was so sweet and helpful!! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot! Also they had the best toilet paper in vietnam! 😂 Our views from the room were spectacular! The food was also very good! LOVE LOVED it!!!

The views of the mountains and the rice fields are amazing. The rooms are comfortable, the host is friendly and the food it’s good but a bit pricey, understandable for being in such a remote place.

The woman who runs this place is lovely and very accommodating.

Be aware you are very isolated with no shops or restaurants besides the food the homestay offers

We loved it here so much. Beautiful surrounds. Lovely people. So helpful with organising transfers to and from Sapa. Great food available to order too. The room was so clean and comfy too

The location is quite far from some of tourist attractions. The room is quite dim at night due to lack of lights

Wonderful peaceful location totally remote up unmade mountain tracks surrounded by views of the mountains and looking down over the rice terraces. Very helpful owner So who arranged taxis to collect us from Lao Cai station after the easy night train from Hanoi and a return all the way by car to Hanoi (5 hours). Spacious room with great views a small terrace, shower room en suite and heated blanket. No air con or heating. Weather can be very changeable in the mountains, quite often misty and cloudy with thunderstorms and heavy rain for a short while. It is a very traditional place with the indigenous Hmong people although built in 2019, for quite strenuous remote, hilly hiking: especially in the heat and humidity, or resting on the terrace which is great. Very relaxed atmosphere in the whole place. Fascinating insight into the hill tribes and their culture with brilliant embroideries. 3 nights were perfect for us. Very good value for the room only but everything else including bottled water had to be paid for and the guided hikes were expensive by comparison 25-35 US$per person depending on length and route. Food choice was a bit limited. No other places within easy reach to eat. We avoided very commercialised SaPa town which is 40 mins drive away. Phan Zi Pan mountain area can be visited but only worth it if the clouds lift.
