Smell of moisture in rooms, dirty, reality not corresponding with pictures

It was affordable

Staff was not very welcoming or talkative. I don’t speak Spanish in their defence, but still for a solo traveller its nice to chat to the staff. The room smelt and felt damp, and the common areas looked way nicer in the photos. It seemed a bit like they did the photoshot and then left it be. The location is a little away from the main street and surrounded by residential houses. Dogs barked a lot during the night. The breakfast area was not very cozy and the selecting small.

The shower could have had a better wall/curtain. The entire bathroom was flooded after each shower.

The place is really nice, the rooms are comfortable, the staff was kind and the common areas are nice. The room I was had a desk which surprisingly is not that common, so it's a great option if you need to travel and work.

The breakfast seemed a bit basic, not a great presentation and not many options. It was ok but I was expecting something more for the price I paid.

Location was good and stuff was helpful
