Kinta Kan Hotel Cozumel

Love the location. The pool and space was amazing, really relaxing environment.

Inside the room the smell of mold was unavoidable and you could see it growing on the headboard. Lots of photos of things we couldn’t do. On the listing there are photos of people with bikes inside the property however there weren’t any to rent. They also had mopeds but they were also unavailable to rent. Quite overpriced for what you get especially compared to other options available in the area.

Staff is super nice and location is good.

Room smelled so bad that I couldn’t sleep, tried with open windows but didn’t help. Smell was pure mold and i was really bad.Pool was not clean so it was useless.They offers just a sweet breakfast which is dealbreaker for me.

The hotel is very small, a construction on the roof, a terrible breakfast, the bathroom is small and the water comes out when you bathe, it is not pleasant to be there and I paid for a queen bed and they gave me a double. It is not a boutique hotel.

Air conditioning, wifi. Staff very welcoming.

Property was very dirty, things were falling apart, pool always dirty, bathroom smelled, towels were full of stains (same for bedsheets).
