Kinta Kan Hotel Cozumel

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great, shower was hot, wifi worked great, and the beds were comfy. The location is close to many local taquerias and not far from the airport, ocean, Winjet/Ultramar, and good shopping. The hotel was inexpensive, yet had all the comforts of a big hotel. The scooter rental was handy and the pool was great to rest when hot. The hotel kept our suitcases until the afternoon when we flew out - and gathered a jacket and charger that I left in the room. Breakfast is a bonus. I will return!

The location was great. Accessibility to main streets and supermarkets

The hot water comes out smelling like sewer water; not sure if that’s all of Cozumel or just this hotel. Shower head needs to be replaced. Breakfast needs a little upgrade, at least add option to boil eggs

Cozy, close to the city centre and staff very friendly and welcoming

The room is a bit tired. One remote did not work and missing bulb light in the bedside table lamp

We spent 6 nights at Kinta Kan and everything was good. The pool is a nice addition to the hotel. Quiet neighbourhood.

It is a hotel boutique, but it still has some room for improvement. Indeed they are making renovations to add more rooms. The bathroom of our room was quite small.

There was construction work.
