Kinta Kan Hotel Cozumel

Facilities are great. Beds are comfortable and strong water pressure

The stuff wasn’t kind.

Cute hotel, staff was friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms was top notch. The pool was great, about 4 and half-5 foot deep, so actually swimmable. Good size too, with benches in the water to sit on 1 side. The pool area was good. Could use tables NEAR the pool to give more seating, in the grassy area

There were few places outside to just sit and relax, the rooms had no creature comforts, no chair to relax, beds were very firm, curtain left you feeling exposed to view of the rest of the rooms, and the shower head just sprayed EVERYWHERE. The entire bathroom got soaked. And while I realize we were in a spanish speaking country, the staff spoke zero english. I do speak a little spanish, but no english at all did make it a little difficult.
