Good location, friendly host, comfortable room.

Shower mixer was broken n leaked, was reported and apparently fixed but next morning it was the same with extremely hot water shower wasn't possible. Business VAT invoice was neither provided by host nor via booking.com, both referred to eachother. So Business travellers, beware you won't get it. For that reason, I won't book it next time.

Room was a good size, comfortable chair and bed, refrigerator in room, electric heater if required, wardrobe with hangers, private.

Small area for parking, had to park a little down the road.

On arrival to the house my daughter and her husband carried some bags into the house with me and we was all shocked by the conversation from host. She very rudely told me the double bed was for one person and I told her that my daughter and husband was carrying my bags with me but she was extremely rude shocking my daughter.The bedding was yellow color not white or cream I believe it had been used before I could smell somebody's perfume and I fully understood if I said something they would deny it. there was no television. Never in all the years have I ever come across such a bad situation these people should not be renting to people!

There was no access to the kitchen, would have loved to prepare some light meal

Friendly owner. Very clean, with good facilities. Comfortable bed, slept well.

Clean, nice bathroom and showere, good value

Pillows were poor and plugs were a bit of a mess
