In a nice part of Derby, which felt safe for a lone female. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Family feel to the place.

Having to share a bathroom, but that was reflected in the price. Strange not to have a lock on the bedroom door, but the friendly female owner greeted me upon arrival and the house felt safe so it didn't really bother me.

Very nice room. Had everything you could ask for including great WiFi. Would not recommend for solo female travellers as no lock on the doors. For a solo male though it was fine.
