Там було так брудно, що ми ледве протримались 3 дні. Відчуття що там іноді протирали підлогу і тільки навкруги меблів. Торкатись до усього було не приємно. Сміття по квартирі.. під ліжками пилюки неймовірно багато….. А ми приїхали з 2 маленькими дітьми…

Excellent, central location and quiet too in April. Very clean, beds are comfortable. Responsive owner/ manager.

Parking is in a multi-storey on the 8th floor. Turning is VERY tight, evidenced by the extensive, multicoloured paintwork left on the walls of the carpark by cars at every turn. We used the carpark only once with the average size car we rented. Negotiated the turns without damage but didn't risk it again. I would suggest if you don't have great skill in this or a small car eg. Toyota Aygo, think carefully. A great asset for the right person, the distance of the carpark of 15 min walk from the apartment wouldn't have bothered us. Lounge area is very light for sleeping without darkening curtains or a blind.

Die Lage war Top, auch die Unterkunft an sich war Sauber und sehr großzügig von den Räumlichkeiten, auch das es einen Parkplatz gibt war gut, auch wenn der etwas speziell ist dass Parkhaus ist sehr eng und man nicht umbedingt mit einem sehr großen oder hohen Fahrzeug einfahren, könnte dann länger dauern in den 8 Stock. Keine Möglichkeit den Vermieter zu kontaktieren weder per Nachricht noch telefonisch (der Teilehmer ist nicht erreichbar) das sollte optimiert werden, vorallem wenn man eine Frage stellt. Bitte tauscht einfach den Duschkopf aus er funktioniert zwar aber hat seine Tage hinter sich. Betreffend Parkhaus sollte die Info in die Beschreibung das es hier eher eng zugeht, vielleicht im Video zeigen!

Parcheggio impossibile ! Non abbiamo capito esattamente quali erano gli accordi per il parcheggio privato quale avrebbe dovuto essere presso una struttura adiacente . Le istruzioni erano scarse e come minimo confusionarie .alla fine abbiamo pagato un parcheggio esterno perché dopo 1ora non eravamo riusciti a capire dove e come potevamo parcheggiare la nostra auto

Aquecimento não muito bom Banho muito ruim com chuveiro que inumda o banheiro todo. Do que parking incluso mas não consegui estacionar e funcionários não tiveram o cuidado de me ajudar . Tive que pagar um estacionamento privado

The flat is spacious and is in the great location close to the center of Budapest. It has everything we needed (except, maybe the broken microwave oven). The parking is 10 minutes on foot from the house. The instructions regarding the flat and the parking access were clear and extensive. I've read in other comments that the heating didn't work, and it was cold, but the heating works, you just need to turn it on with the switch on the wall. By the way, you can find the instruction booklet in the wardrobe near the bedroom entrance, next to the bathroom. Unfortunately we found it while checking if nothing was left before leaving.

The microwave oven didn't heat, and the communication was a bit poor (maybe because of the Easter Holidays). My comment regarding the broken microwave oven and the question regarding the garage card drop off were ignored. The parking place is in the 8th floor and the driveway requires some driving experience. It could be a bit tight for the long cars.

Nagyon kellemes élmény volt a szállás. A lakás tiszta, tágas és kényelmes, minden adott volt egy nyugodt pihenéshez. A környék kiváló, a villamos és a metró is közel van, így a közlekedés nagyon egyszerű volt. Gyerekekkel érkeztünk, és számunkra is nagyon praktikus és kényelmes volt a szállás. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szívesen visszatérnénk.

Nem volt olyan dolog, ami ne tetszett volna, minden rendben volt.
