The fact that there was no water we had to keep calling for someone to come open it, and they don't pick up calls

The lack of hot water and it was difficult to find the place at night

Bad service I booked accommodation and when I arrive at the venue I was informed that my name was not on their list, I have shown them my confirmation details but still no luck, I am very disappointed 😔

Not taking bookings from booking.com serious Cause clearly no one monitors it

The staff at the reception and the cleaners make noise while cleaning other rooms

There is a lot of spider webs in all rooms i booked. Room5.Room6.Room7. Room11. We used our own doom for spiders. Saturday night we found a scorpion on the bed in Room5. The linen are not clean. Executive room 15 . I used it on Saturday. Full of spider webs even on the couches. Can they pls use feather dusters and fumigate rooms often cause it's in the bushes and it's not safe. Can housekeeping be done on a daily basis maybe you charge extra not to be done only when we book out. It means if you book for the whole week you stay in a dirty place for the whole week.
