What I did like is the location and setup of the rooms. It was peaceful in the morning.

Where does one even begin? 1. From reception there was poor service - they didn't know if our room was ready or not even though we arrived well after 2pm. The guard who took us to the rooms had no keys, there were atleast 3 families waiting outside for about 20 minutes. 2. Not advertised as self-catering but getting food is a hassle, there's a random person that has a side business of cooking there it's better to bring your own food. 3. Noise levels from the pool area could be heard (very loudly) from the rooms until after 9pm. Not ideal if you're there to relax like we had planned. 4. There was no hot water in the shower and the kettle didn't work. The guard who took us up was notified and yet nothing.

I already told the host about my concern.

The privacy and cleanness of the chalet.

The loud music in the morning. Need to have a shower door or something cause the water that runs down is hazardous. Needs more lighting in the chalet. Parking is a bit far from the chalets which are on an up hill.
