Enok was very friendly and helped me even though I arrived very late and booked for the wrong date. The room was beautiful and clean and the bed and pillows were to die for.

Absolutely NOTHING. I will definitely come again.

The apartment was nice. Not so far from Hartenbos. Enoch welcomed us warmly

The WiFi was very slow. Suggest to put the operating times of the restaurant in the room, mere the fact that it's outsourced.

Very modern facilities. There was an aircon unit in the bedroom that worked perfectly. Comfortable space. Staff was very friendly and assisted on a public holiday without any hassle.

Silly season pricing for the unit was a bit steep for the size of the room with its benefits. Would prefer that they provide better packing space for clothes and more cutlery since there were only 2 wine glasses, 2 cups, and 2 spoons.

Everything was fantastic. Great service! The staff were amazing, especially the 2 ladies at the reception. Will definitely come back again.

We booked two rooms with showers but only got rooms with baths. Pictures of the rooms were very deceiving and not what I was expecting. Over the three days, we killed over 50 cockroaches that just kept on getting into our room. No other rooms were available. I requested from reception twice to help us sort it out, but it did not help much. Worst stay of my life. Will not recommend to anyone.

Just the overall feeling, comfort and convenience.
