"Basically great location, but be warned. Pub below can get very noisy, host did provide ear plugs."

Location was great, beds comfy, kitchen good. Host was very responsive and as it was very cold and no heat until October. Host put heat on immediately when we requested.

Tv was very slow to respond. Unable to get any channel list and watch any news. Previous guests were. I believe, Dutch and did not return to English, tv manual was no good as you needed to know language to change back. This was our biggest problem. Cleaner could have done a better job.

"It was central, fabulous facilities. JustI would definitely recommend!"

The facilities were great. Good cleaning agents etc available. We did not see dish washer tablet but we were happy to wash by hand. Super additions: tea/coffee/ shortbread/ washing powder/ washing up liquid / toilet cleaner etc . So appreciated. Thankyou

The door lock was very, very difficult . Could I suggest a change Larger towels would have been great. Easy jet hand luggage didn’t allow us to carry much. The bedding did have a slight musty odour. Fast drying/ turn around? Beds comfortable though. A drying clothing after washing up might be a suggestion.

"Awesome location and great flat, better suited to a family of four."

Location was great and shower we could use was fantastic.

Other shower was for “emergency” use only. No hand towel for bathroom. Trouble using Netflix because internet wasn’t working properly. Couldn’t control central heating and being from Australia anything under 20 degrees is cold for us. Some noise from being on main road.

Location was very good. Equipments were great. Very useful .Property is large to stay for 2 families.

Duvet and pillows were smelling bad. It looks like smell of dampness. I can say also bed sheets were not clean enough . There was a hair on bed sheet. Although they let us to check in 1 hour early because they were finished cleaning already, check in at 16:00 PM and check out at 10:00 AM is not good. Actually with that much cleaning hours, cleaning on beds make us little bit disappointed.
