Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at this flat! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to Waverley station and to all attractions in Edinburgh. The check in & check out process was smooth, and the host was very friendly and responsive. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely book this place again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location is superb and the flat has so much character. A great large space to spend time in the capital. Easy check in and check out Brilliant

Only one shower but was not an issue

Fantastic location. Flat was very clean, warm & had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable & the bathroom great.

The second shower was quirky, but not convenient to use.

Coffee machine but no pods

The place is great location, close walking to many tourist attractions. City is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed this location for walking distance for what we wanted to do. We booked for 8 but only had 6 which was a better fit for this size Awesome little pub right downstairs that was so fun, worth grabbing a drink after walking the city all day Please note this is on a Main Street so garbage pick up happens and it’s early

Mattresses were not very comfortable (think pull-out couch mattress) Check in is at 4pm and check out is 10am if you are staying one night this is a quick turn-around. Earlier check in wasn’t available Did not receive email about key location and had to call host, thankfully she answered.
