Please I request don’t do Shikara ride on his boat , even it was normal boat he was charging too much for that . It was not worthy at all . It was my humble request to all please don’t go shikara ride in his boat and don’t become fools by his words .

Staying here was a truly beautiful experience. Firdous is the best host – incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. His family is also lovely and made me feel completely at home. As a solo traveler I felt completely safe, welcomed. The place is perfect for relaxing, peaceful and away from the busy tourist areas, which gave me the chance to enjoy a more authentic and local experience. I had the best time here and would absolutely recommend staying if you're looking for comfort, warmth, and a genuine atmosphere.

Staying with Firdoz in his house boat was one of the best experiences I've had traveling, and not only in India. Every night we sat on the porch of the boat, hanging out and talking about life. Firdoz arranged a boat to take us through the Dal Lake for an entire day, which we spent fishing, swimming, and sightseeing. Every night I was presented an amazing dinner; Firdoz and his wife worked hard to cook something new for me every night. I was treated like family, and like an honored guest. Besides the house boat, Srinagar is an amazing place. There's a lot of interesting history, unique architecture, and some of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. The monuments of the old city and Mughal gardens are constantly set in relief against a background of huge, green mountains. I really had an unforgettable experience in Srinagar and the biggest part of that was staying here. Thank you Firdoz - can't wait to come back again in the future!

Super cosy houseboat. It's like having a whole flat for yourself. Mr Firdaus is an exceptionally god host who tries to get every need and wish fulfilled. We had such a lovely and peaceful time on the middle of the lake. Thanks for having us!

The experience was amazing, the hist and his family are really so nice. He will insure that you got everything you need.and if you need a tour ir something he gonna help you with it with a fair price. The home location inside the dal lake is magnificent

The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. The food was amazing, just like home-cooked meals, and it was very affordable. The location on Dal Lake offered beautiful views, adding to the overall charm of the place. The owner was also very helpful, arranging everything for us to make our stay even more enjoyable.
