ROVirtual key works very well and is easy to install. The location is very central. Some improvements have to be done in the bathroom.

I’m not sure the virtual key is a great idea. It worked, but you also need to take your real keys with you when you go out. But maybe I’m old and rapidly becoming a Luddite
ZAGood central location in the historic center. Although the apartment is small, it is compacted with everything you need. Gloria was very helpful and gave us some good tips .
They did not prepare the second bed. The pull out couch was tricky to set up.

USComfy bed! Great working washer and dryer.and dishwasher. Great location close to piazza and park and palace escalator that takes you to bus station.
AC works but makes noise. We ended up turning off AC at night and have the windows open.
