USExcellent location in the historic center. A few minutes walk to/from mini metro station, main bus station, attractions, restaurants and shopping. Quiet street near Piazza Italia for bus to train station. We had all we needed in the apt for our 6 night stay in Perugia. We took day trips with easy access to trains & buses. Excellent, timely communication with welcoming host (Gloria).
Minimal natural lighting but that’s just the way the historic buildings were made. Not an issue just a want.
MTThe apartment offers all the essentials and is close to a lovely garden. Everything is within walking distance, including all the attractions. Our manager Gloria was incredibly kind.
BEWe had a fantastic stay at this apartment in the heart of Perugia! The location couldn’t be better – right in the city center, close to everything yet still quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need – washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker... it really felt like a home away from home. What truly made the stay exceptional were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, always available, and communicated clearly from the beginning. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!
GBOnce in the apartment- excellent. Fabulous location, great facilities- shower amazing! - all worked well. The locking system requires an internet connection- Wifi - if we had been given the internet password 30 mins before arrival, as we have had elsewhere, life would have been less stressful.
