ZAIt was well located, had the basics one needs, modern decor that we liked. We had a few issues but the host did his best to respond quickly.
The virtual key system was quite a challenge. Sometimes needed 3 or 4 minutes to get into the building. There was a very annoying whine , the noise disturbed our sleep. Restaurant next door starts extractor fans early morning.

This is not really a criticism but it should be made clear in the listing that in order to enter the apartment one needs to use an app on one's phone. This is an issue for people from other countries who must pay a lot to use cellular data outside the country. The Wifi from the apartment did not extend out to the front door so every time you enter the building you must use cellular data.

The apartment has a perfect central location, in the heart of the historic center. The landlord was always helpful, provided us with all the information and was always available. NLPicture perfect comfy and elegant appartement with everything you'll need (smart tv/ washing machine/ dishwasher/ oven/ AC/ wifi) central located on quite street. Super helpfull hosts, provided great info beforehand and on site assistence via WhatsApp. We had an amazing time in Perugia!
PLContact with the owners was very good, in case of any requests or problems, they were immediately available to us. Moreover, it was very flexible in terms of our expectations. The apartment has everything you may need to relax and prepare meals. The location is great, everything is close, on foot to monuments or to a bus or mini-metro stop.
The fold-out sofa is very hard, if someone needs to sleep on a comfortable bed - they should definitely choose a bed in the bedroom ;)
CHThe apartment is located in the center and close to Minimetro station. The host was very responsive and provided us with the good information of the Perugia town and sightseeing spots. We had small issues but there were sorted very swiftly by the host.
