Sea view retreat

The situation was wonderful. Found parking difficult. As I couldn't get the hang of ring go. The flat was lively and clean. Enjoyed my stay.

Just the parking. But that was probably my fault

Good location opposite beach and two bathrooms so a bonus when staying with others. Small supermarket round corner so easy for supplies.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and couldn’t open windows in front room so was very hot when sun shine through. Doors in kitchen opened but you couldn’t feel that when sat at table or sofa. Wouldn’t be a problem in the winter though.

Very close to the water, there was good space and two bathrooms with both a shower and a bath. Bed was comfortable.

The couch wasn’t very comfortable

The apartment is situated on the first floor and has a stunning sea view from the living/dining area. The kitchen is tiny but you are going to have everything you need even if you are choosing to be self-catered. Hob with oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, glasses, mugs and cutlery. All the toiletries are provided by the host Klaudia - thanks for that. The Pier is about 350 yards from the house and 15 minutes from the train station and the shopping mall. An ice cream parlour is on the next corner and there is pizza place right behind the building. You could find several cafes and places to eat within 5-10 minutes walk.

As other guests said earlier, the hallway is quite rundown and smelly but the apartment itself is beautiful and comfy! Please be aware the house is on the main road, so it is noisy and can be disturbing for some. I was fine with it.

Bedroom could use proper black out blinds. It’s just too bright to sleep. It’s also quite loud due to location. So earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.

That they didn't state no shoes on arrival, and the information I the brou her needs updating. You don't call 911 for UK emergency services.

The bed is quite comfortable and the bedding is tasteful. Seaview is nice. 2 Bathrooms .

The communal carpet on the stairs leading to the flat is very dirty with spillages , smelly and very old. It needs changing or cleaning. The flat itself is ok but needs towel hooks in the new bathroom. The sofa which is a sofa bed uncomfortable to seat on. Very small kitchen. The balcony door in the kitchen is draughty.

What wasn’t to like? Location, amazing view, lovely place to stay and can’t wait to book again. Couldn’t have asked for more

Don’t let the outside appearance of the building put you off. Not very inviting but the flat is beautiful
