location - main room with en suite was very nice - the view from living room is beautiful - person who rented the flat, Klaudia, was nice, prompt, and helpful - overall, a nice flat with good facilities - the flat has everything you need, inclusive consumables for bathroom, shower/kitchen

the sofa bed in the living room is too small for 2 average size adults. To be comfortable and not to have to sleep in one position on the side only, we had to buy sleeping bag and one person slept on the floor. It would be helpful if the advert on the site will mention the sofa bed measurements and that is good and comfortable for 2 kids or 2 small size adult. - beddings in living room were not changed by the cleaners before we arrived, hence dirty and smelt bad, but we found clean, fresh washed beddings in the flat and changed it ourselves.

The sitting room view is excellent! The location is also very good. The bedroom and bed are very comfortable and the flat was lovely and warm when needed. It is clean and tidy and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay, but but perhaps instead of one big general bin smaller recycling bin options would be good and information on where the recycling bins are external to the flat for when leaving? Glad we brought our cafetière for morning coffee.

The location was great and the view from the window amazing ! Proximity to everything we wanted was perfect . Host communicated well and made you feel welcome and sure of keys , details of stay etc

The hallway entrance to the apartment was quite unpleasant . Badly and disturbingly stained , dirty , stair carpet . Unpleasant (what can only be described as a burning plastic like smell ) in hallway during evening . It was not a welcoming entrance to the apartment .

Good location, easy to access, excellent communication from helpful host and comfortable accommodation. Amazing view!

Sofabed was small for two - would be fine for two small children but is quite a tight squeeze for teenagers/adults! Parking is free in surrounding roads but it isn't onsite as per listing suggests.

Great location and modern apartment

Great views of the sea and beach from the apartment. Good location near the pier and next door to a great ice cream shop.

Location is perfect for exploring Eastbourne and South Downs
