Staff was friendly and place was neat and clean

The kitchen was not in a good condition

The beds were comfortable, blankets were clean. Everyone slept well tucked in their individual beds.

During loadshedding there lamps should be arranged as back up. The towels should be provided in bathrooms.

I liked nothing.

1. No kettle, spoons/cups/plates. 2. Only one electrical plug. To use it I had to unplug the fridge. 3. They don't give you aircon remote. They switch it in for you. 4. They don't give you gate key/remote. They lock it. You have to hoot and knock constantly for them to open. 5. Bathroom soap. Yohhh. Securex soap cut in half. 6. Poor toilet tissues. 7. The fridge was smelling.
